We use this filter on the kitchen sink and it lasts about 2 months.. It does a good job, I just wish it lasted longer. We only use it for filling the coffee pot, or washing vegetables or filling pots to cook with - so it's not like we use it all day for everything. Nonetheless, it does a good job filtering out the nasty chemicals in our water.

a great filter to use. replacement is only once
per year. keeps skin from drying out from additives
to the water,which it takes out.
