I received the brush nickel version and looks great with my existing fixtures. Filter works great!!! I felt a skin change instantly after i took my first shower. No more Chlorine... You can even taste the difference... Highly recommend this product.

 Beware of "Brushed Nickel" finish Nov 09, 2010

The product appears to be of solid construction. However, one site I saw advertised a satin nickel finish identified as HOB-SN. The site I bought from - Bestfilters.com - advertised a brushed nickel finish identified as HOB-BN, clearly indicating a different finish choice. I had no reason to doubt their description, as some sites also offered only white versions of the product. I received a product identified as HOB-BSN which is not advertised on any site. It was a satin nickel finish. As I am a purist for follow-through in product appearance, I was disappointed. I wanted a match to my brushed nickel MOEN shower arm and head. The finish is close, but not exact. It lacks the yellowish cast that brushed nickel has when compared to satin nickel. I contacted Bestfilters.com, asking for a refund. They said that Sprite uses the same product for both brushed nickel and satin nickel finishes. I view this as deceptive advertising. Bestfilters.com said they would accept a product return [part or their policy] and would wave any incurred shipping charges [not their regular policy] provided I give a 4 or 5 star rating to them. I view that as blackmail, considering it's their fault for not advertising the product correctly. I'll live with the product, even though it's not an exact match: I refuse to be intimidated by the vendor requiring me to give a specific rating to avoid return shipping charges. I will not use the vendor again. I am also suspect of Sprite products. So, if you're not a purist for finish, go ahead. The product appears to be well designed [although I cannot vouch for its effectiveness - I haven't installed it yet.] If you want the brushed nickel finish, you're out of luck. Short of replacing your entire shower head with an integrated filter in a brushed nickel finish [some do exist], you currently have no options.
